How I work with people
I offer psychotherapy and coaching for adults—both in person at my Redwood City office and via telehealth across California. The services below highlight my main areas of practice. If you are unsure whether your specific needs fall within my scope, a free 15-minute consultation is the best way for us to find out together.
Utilizing a collaborative, person-centered, insight-oriented approach, I help you foster deeper self-understanding and navigate major life shifts, professional burnout, or complex relational patterns. Rather than focusing on dysfunction, our work honors your inherent resilience and past adaptations, providing a safe, compassionate space to drop the armor and cultivate meaningful, lasting change.
Sometimes we all just need extra support while making and/or dealing with changes that occur in our life. I am here to meet you where you are at in your journey and support you as you find your way.
Sand tray therapy offers a powerful way to access deeper, unconscious material that can sometimes be difficult to reach through traditional talk therapy alone. In this collaborative modality, you arrange figures and objects within a tray of sand to create a visual scene. This process often surfaces feelings, memories, and core patterns that words have not yet been able to fully capture.
By externalizing your inner world in the tray, you gain a unique opportunity to safely explore and discover more about yourself. Crucially, this is a space free of analysis—the scene is entirely yours to interpret, not mine. I am there to support you as you uncover your own insights and meaning.
